  src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/thrift/CallQueue.java:131 Cool. If they 
all use locking as concurrency control, adding one extra lock will not change 
the performance much.

  v11 looks good to me. I only have one question. I notice that there is no 
lock for add, remove, addAll, containsAll, retainAll and removeAll in v11. Is 
that intentional?
