I don't think the program listing for the prefixSplitKeyPolicy should be copied
into the docs, but instead just use a link to the javadocs for the the class
and then just include the bit about setting the values on the HTD.
Also, I not loving the camel casing or the underscore in "PREFIX_LENGTH_KEY =
"PrefixSplitKeyPolicy.prefix_length", but I can live with it.
