Increasing the keep alive time, so that we do not close the zookeeper too frequently. And also increasing the wait time in tests. I tried it. It'd still fail. The wait for connection in ROZKClient seems effective; it makes the real difference. Thanks for the review on v7. Let me wait on qa run to be sure.
