Agree, it will not add complexity to the {{SingleColumnValueFilter}}, which may
break its original behavior and add confusion to users.
And, i think some of users may, as Ted and i did, think this filter does no
filtering at the beginning, indicating that the function they want or expect is
to fetch exactly column value match cells.
I can add that and close this one if no objections.
