Jean-Marc Spaggiari updated HBASE-20105: ---------------------------------------- Release Note: Introducing hbase.hstore.flush.storagepolicy column family parameter. public static final String FLUSH_STORAGE_POLICY = "hbase.hstore.flush.storagepolicy"; This parameters allows the user to target specific storage policy for flushes. There can be 3 storage policy settings. HBase will use the first configured. 1) The following table creation command will instruct HBase to re-direct all memstore flushes into SSD drives: create 't1', {NAME => 'f1', CONFIGURATION => {'hba se.hstore.flush.storagepolicy' => 'ALL_SSD'}} was: Introducing hbase.hstore.flush.storagepolicy column family parameter. public static final String FLUSH_STORAGE_POLICY = "hbase.hstore.flush.storagepolicy"; This parameters allows the user to target specific storage policy for flushes.
