I have a local patch to the hbase-site repository with the {{docs/}} directory
from the 2.0.0-beta-2 bin tarball, minus the {{testapidocs}} and
{{testdevapidocs}} reports. even with those removed it's ~500 MiB, so I can't
attach a patch here.
If that sounds fine, I'll push it and put up a patch here to add links in the
menu.
