+1. Both of docs enhancement and the potential bug (should we shutdown the pool
when stopping the master?) can be addressed in follow-up.
I feel this patch is useful to large cluster since the elapsed time of clearing
the old files is significant. That is why it pays to doc this nice improvement
to our hbase book.
