Hey [~stack], I noticed this one was on your list for HBASE-20266. Master now
has jetty 9.3.19.v20170502 so I re-enabled the test on my local dev instance to
check it out. Even while running the test multiple times in quick succession, I
was unable to reproduce the timeout issue you reported a few years back. Patch
004 removes the ignore as it appears to be working now.
