[~allan163] Do you have the WAL files still? If so, attach and I can take a 
look. Or if you want to look, there is a pretty-printer for the master wal 
procedure files. What I've seen in the above is that the order in which we 
write the procedures into the WAL gets flipped... usually an update on a 
particular procedure has stored step N+1 before step N.
