bq.OK, I've revert the patch for branch-2.x firstly... will provide a patch for
RowIndexSeekerV1..
So now this patch is in master branch only right? Better revert from there
also unless we have consensus based on the benchmark? Ya better not to add
extra parsing for this. Only the bug in decoders to be fixed.
