Updated patch. Rebased on latest branch-1. Warnings in RSRpcServices cannot be
fixed, they are deprecated API warnings for Signal. Addressed HRegion warnings.
Unrelated to this change, but still. Addressed what rubocop warnings I could.
Unit test failures are not locally reproducible and appear unrelated, probably
environmental. ruby-lint warnings are invalid. Fixed whitespace. XML warning is
invalid. It's the "script engine for language js can not be found" issue.
