It's plausible that the change to the Master UI that is mentioned here is
probably why the cluster key in HBASE-21771 ended up with newlines instead of
needed commas.
But generally speaking I agree that it's better to show the quorum as broken up
like this. It's just that the cluster key needs to be copy/pasted into the
shell so it needs to follow the precise format.
