Sean Busbey commented on HBASE-20053: ------------------------------------- I took a first pass at rebasing the branch onto master and pushed it as branch HBASE-20053. the rebased branch no longer has this .gitignore issue. The above nightly failure is a known issue with our jenkins pipelines. I started a new one. If the tests look okay, I can push the rebased version. If the tests are a mess then the branch hasn't been touched in a year (and more like 1.5 years since a substantive change) so I'm inclined to just let it sit until someone wants to really dig in on getting the feature done. Either way I think I'm inclined to abandon this issue. what do y'all think? > Remove .cmake file extension from .gitignore > -------------------------------------------- > > Key: HBASE-20053 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-20053 > Project: HBase > Issue Type: Sub-task > Components: build, community > Affects Versions: HBASE-14850 > Reporter: Ted Yu > Assignee: Norbert Kalmar > Priority: Minor > Labels: build > Fix For: HBASE-14850 > > Attachments: HBASE-20053-HBASE-14850.v001.patch > > > There are .cmake files under hbase-native-client/cmake/ which are under > source control. > The .cmake extension should be taken out of hbase-native-client/.gitignore -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v7.6.3#76005)
