2.0 on hbase-site was pushed 6 month ago and it has 2.0.1 content based on
HBASE-21119. The "Becoming a committer" part was copied to branch-2.0 with
2.0.3 release, that's why it is not part of the website.

With reverting HBASE-19663 I managed to build the site on branch-2.0. Can you
upload a patch to HBASE-19889 with uncommenting those lines?
