Have been thinking a bit more about this.
I think if we allow the caller just to pass a rowkey, and then enforce the we
only seek forward this would be a great feature to have.
Since we're operation at the level of a region scanner (where we think about
regions, rather than stores) this would be the right abstraction too.
Alternatively looking at the MemstoreScanner code, seeking backwards would just
be a no-op, so that is another option.
