Trying 'HBASE-21960.branch-2.0.001.patch'.... as addendum. Adding bouncycastle
as test dependency makes the test fail same for h2 and h3 (TestSecureRESTServer
fails for me locally for some reason). h3 profile does not fail complaining
about missing class.
