After checking our [refguide|http://hbase.apache.org/book.html#profiler],
there're some prerequisites to use this profiler servlet. However, not all
users would check the book before clicking the button, so maybe a more
comprehensive error message plus a link to the refguide is a better idea?
Anyway I don't think this should be marked as a blocker any more.
