[~busbey], I think if we delete the staged docker images the problem would be 
solved. However, I don't know if we have a possibility for that on the jenkins 
instances. Do we need to create an INFRA ticket for this or can we log in to 
the hosts and make these steps on our own?

My concern is that might be running containers that use the images, e.g. 
in-progress precommit or nightly runs.
