Task is running through git log and comparing to JIRA making sure they are
aligned so when we generate CHANGES and RELEASENOTES, they are correct (Fixes
need to have version set to hbase-operator-tools-1.0.0 in JIRA). Also need to
go other way, comparing JIRA to git log (smile).
