 Review comment:
   This was discussed initially when Jira was created, we don't want &&, we
want ||.
   Let me give you an example:

   1.  get_slow_responses '*', {'REGION_NAME' => 'abc.12345.xxx.'}
   Gets all entries that are related to region: abc.12345.xxx.

   2. get_slow_responses '*', {'TABLE_NAME' => 'abc'}
   Gets all entries that belong to table: abc

   3. get_slow_responses '*', {'REGION_NAME' => 'abc.12345.xxx.', 'TABLE_NAME'
=> 'def'}
   here, user would not do a query where region name: abc.12345.xxx. and table:
abc, because it's not relevant. If you want region specific entries, you
provide just region filter. However, user might prefer entries that belong to
region: abc.12345.xxx. and table: def, because entries of specific region
(different table) is important but also separate table altogether is also imp
which would be different than region. Hence, the query provides all entries
that belong to either of these.

   Again for `region_name="foo" and client="ip" && user="viraj"`, user would be
interested to know either of them match, not all of them because for
slow_responses, we want to retrieve as many entries available online as
possible, rather than combination of filters.
   Combination of filters is to be done when we move all entries to persistent
HDFS and not restricted in-memory store. This is also long term sub task, but
first is in-memory and FIFO entries.
