I agree that LogSyncer thread is not the real problem, it can happen even
without that.
My initial thought was also to introduce some locks but finally thought that
the expected parallelism cannot be obtained. That is why i went with the fix
while replayingtheRecoveredEdits. I will go thro the current patch also.
