We don't have {{jenkins_precommit_github_yetus.sh}} in branch-2.2
(HBASE-23767), so, unless I hear otherwise, I'll be pushing this to branch-2.3
and branch-2 tomorrow.
Then, we can figure out what's going on with branch-2.2 (which I assume is
really busted for testing PR's right now...)
