Review comment:
       The channel instance is created on-demand in NettyRpcConnection, so we 
need to acquire lock to prevernt multiple creations. And also, the channel 
instance could be cleaned up, this is another reason that we need to acquire 
lock, otherwise there will be race that you operate on a closed channel and 
cause trouble.
