I changed the title to 'Another solution', is it OK now? The solution is store
root in the master local region. I've explained in HBASE-11288 on the reason
why I open a new issue for this. I do not want to look at issue any more, it is
a nightmare to me. Sorry.
And I need to say, I can not 'abandon' HBASE-11288, I’m not a dictator, I have
no power for doing so. I can only abandon myself from that issue.
On the design doc, again, I've add a new section on the design doc of
HBASE-11288. PTAL to see if it helps. If not, please speak directly on what is
missing, I will fill the information as much as I can.
