Review comment:
       UnsupportedOperationException is unchecked exception since it extends 
RunTimeException.  I am little bit hesitant to add it to throws clause.
   Referring to this document 
https://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/essential/exceptions/runtime.html and 
the last line:
   `Here's the bottom line guideline: If a client can reasonably be expected to 
recover from an exception, make it a checked exception. If a client cannot do 
anything to recover from the exception, make it an unchecked exception.`
   I don't think in this case client can recover if setTagValue throws 
UnsupportedOperationException.
   
   @virajjasani  But if you feel strong about this point then I am open to make
