I tried the test inclusion thingy:

I also tried commenting out the binaries moduleSet for 'lib' and after all was
done, my lib dir was empty so it seems like its still needed (or to put it
another way, I don't currently have the energy to spend figuring out the mvn
idiosyncracy that makes it so this is no longer needed -- smile).
Ok. Let me commit this last version. Then I'll go back over this issue and
make more cleanup issues if we need more beyond hbase-6154.
