In order to get the configured columnfamily and qualifier in the
SingleColumnValueFilter, we'd better add two get functions in the class.
And one coprocessor sample is added in this patch, which will add that
configured qualifier into the tested set by default.
The current patch file is against to 0.94.0 release version.
