Eclipse is having trouble understanding the maven-dependency-plugin usage in
hbase-hadoop2-compat. It seems to not be able to find the plugin goal
build-classpath with the missing version. Also, the m2e lifecycle mapping needs
to be told how to handle the lifecycle.
Attaching patch to fix the above as well as fix formatting on the added modules.
