Review Comment:
   I name it ConnectionRegistryFactory in the first PR, and @stoty pointed out 
that, we do have a ConnectionRegistryFactory in the past and it is the entry 
point for creating ConnectionRegistry, here we should choose another name and 
keep that one as is...
   
   Do you have any other suggested name for this class?
