{{cacheFlushLock}} is locked by HLog.startCacheFlush() which is called by
HRegion.internalFlushcache()
In common scenario, this is in the path of region initialization.
MemStoreFlusher, on the other hand, operates on {{MemStoreFlusher.flushQueue}}
which is a BlockingQueue.
So I think the patch is valid.
