updateLock is in the HRegion, and if isAboveHighWaterMark, it will block the
whole regionserver
Other the way, set the flush handler as 1, so it is the same as the before
Another way, updateLock.writeLock's lock time quite rapid
On the whole, IMO, taking a easy testing is more than analysing a lot
