@Lars, are you referring HBASE-3171? It seems it is not going to make it into
0.96, wdyt?
BTW, I am all in favor of HBASE-3171, since it will make zk the absolute
authority about the state of the regions, and simplify split/merge. Should we
focus on that instead?
