I was just following [prior
art](https://github.com/apache/hbase/blob/c39412ad8eac414769d40492db7abd1cb676d5af/hbase-backup/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/backup/impl/IncrementalTableBackupClient.java#L248)
here. We do unset this configuration after we're done with the incremental
copy.
