Umesh Kumar Kumawat reopened HBASE-29855:

After this update we are facing know Doxia / Maven Site bug. After "mvn clean
install -DskipTests", first try of "mvn site -DskipTests" is always failing for
me with both java 8 and java 11.
There are some proposed solution like
* retyring the mvn site (looks like ugly)
* skip indexing, I am not sure if we should do it
* updaing doxia (haven't tried yet)
