The Yetus runs appear to fail before executing any checks. The log shows
Yetus cannot download/process the GitHub PR patch for GH:8243:
github_locate_patch: not a github pull request
generic_locate_patch: failed to download the patch
ERROR: Unsure how to process GH:8243. Permissions missing?
This looks like a Yetus/GitHub patch retrieval issue due to large number of
files changed, rather than a compile/test
failure.
