Meant there that you can end up with a race condition where you load and flush
the region, then try and trigger a compaction via the Store interface which
then fails because it doesn't have enough store files because the region
compacted them away from under you. The problem was the 'correct' way to
orchestrate a region and compactions wasn't obvious - just took a bit more
poking around beyond the obvious methods.
