I think the comment and code is correct. We need make sure that any scanner
does not see the KV to be removed, which means that must be one that is newer
than this one, but still older than the readpoint.
(A possible change, though, would be to count KVs with cur.getMemstoreTS() <=
readpoint, instead of cur.getMemstoreTS() < readpoint)
