What I committed to trunk. TestRemoteTable and TestRemoteAdmin pass locally for
me.
Patch for consideration for 0.94 attached. In this version accessToken is also
unused. We remove occurrances of it but maintain the RemoteHTable constructors
that take it. Those constructors are deprecated with a warning about removal.
