Makes sense I suppose.  So, I think the addendum good since it checks our site 
target only which I think is what we want since elsewhere the other stuff 
(compile, unit tests) are checked.  The site will run javadoc target.  We are 
doing it twice now then?  Once to look for javadoc warnings and again here when 
we do site build?
