Lars Hofhansl commented on HBASE-7929:
--------------------------------------

I wonder whether we see the test issues simply because the tests run on
different jenkins machines.
So far I found Ubuntu1 and Ubuntu2 to be almost entirely useless, and Ubuntu4
and Ubuntu5 fail the tests relatively frequently. The majority of all passing
test runs happened on Ubuntu3.

What should we do this one? Either we should reapply (again) or mark as "Won't
fix". Could try one more time and see what the new EC2 jenkins says...?

> It was applied once then backed out because it seemed like it could be part
> responsible for destabilizing unit tests. Thinking is different now.
> Retrying application.
