The 0.94 tests all passed here when running 'mvn clean install', repeatedly,
before HBASE-8140 was committed. The EC2 jenkins builds were having issues one
or two builds prior to the commit. HBASE-8017 has just changed the Hadoop we
run against. TestTableInputFormatScan now spends a fair amount of time stalled
in o.a.h.mapred.JobClient.monitorAndPrintJob (called from
Job.waitForCompletion).
