Yea, I think [~rdblue] had told me that once parquet support timestamp, we dont
need to associate it with Int96 that is there in the if block, thats what this
was about.
'Timestamp' type would apparently be some sort of annotation. But we need to
think about backward compatibility too if we make the change, I havent had too
much time to think about it.
