On a second look, the patch is fine and the files in the right location. I have
confirmed this privately with Sergio.
To test these scripts, I am introducing a change to the metastore schemas in
this version of the patch. It should trigger the upgrade testing scripts to be
run. This version of the patch SHOULD NOT BE COMMITED to the code base.
The first version of the patch is still the right fix, if there are no known
issues.
