[~ashutoshc] Can you help review this patch as well?
Currently we only check TableScanOperator if it has any ColumnExpr. If the
predicates are not pushed down, then you can't run the query in strict mode.
With the patch, we will check TableScanOperator and the children to see if they
have any column match any partition key.
