why are there both
metastore/scripts/upgrade/derby/upgrade-2.3.0-to-3.0.0.derby.sql and
standalone-metastore/src/main/sql/derby/upgrade-2.3.0-to-3.0.0.derby.sql?
should one of these be removed?
