[~teddy.choi] Is this still under active development? I would like to offer
help by either implementing some of the work if possible. At Bazaarvoice, we
have to disable parquet vectorization read path due to supported complex types.
Also, what's the relationship between this umbrella work and the work described
in HIVE-18576 under HIVE-14826 Support vectorization for Parquet?
