The failures look unrelated to any of the patches (alter table failed for
druid, negative test has the same error but repeated multiple times, and the
RPC test has nothing to do with the patches).
I will try to run locally.
Arrow test is a known issue.
[~vgarg] are you familiar with the state of the tests on branch-3, are these
known failures?
