[~ewohlstadter], [~bryanc]. I changed patch #3 to serialize into microsecond.
It will deserialize millisecond, microsecond, and nanosecond. Also changed
TestJdbcWithMiniLlapArrow to test in microsecond, not in nanosecond. Thanks for
feedbacks.
