[~alangates] [~ashutoshc] can you please take a look? I wanted to fix this
everywhere but that's too much pain.
Catalog support seems really brittle right now. Ideally we should eliminate the
usage of IMetaStoreClient apis missing catalog name from everywhere. Hive.java
can handle current-catalog. For now this just fixes an issue with
alter-partition.
