.hplsqlrc file should be located in CLASSPATH dir. You can put CREATE PROCEDURE
statements to this file, or put them into another files and use INCLUDE
statement in .hplsqlrc, see http://www.plhql.org/udf-sproc (doc will be moved
to Hive site soon).
